By purchasing or using any product from SarahGrowth, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. What You're Buying
SarahGrowth sells digital email marketing products — including ready-to-customize HTML email sequences, guides, and supporting materials. All products are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout.
2. License & Permitted Use
When you purchase a SarahGrowth product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own business only. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the files with others
- Claim the work as your own original creation
- Use the product to create derivative products for sale
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we stand behind the quality of our work.
If you experience a technical issue with your files within 14 days of delivery, contact us and we will fix it promptly.
Technical issues include — but are not limited to:
- An email file that does not open or render correctly in your email client
- Broken HTML structure that cannot be edited in a standard text editor
- A file that is corrupted, incomplete, or missing from your delivery
- Formatting that breaks significantly in major email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail) after correct upload to Klaviyo
- Placeholder text or images that cannot be located or replaced using the provided setup guide
The following are not considered technical issues and are not eligible for a refund:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Email performance not meeting expectations — results depend on your list quality, your offer, and your audience. These are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund.
- Difficulty uploading to your ESP due to user error
- Purchasing the wrong product or plan
If a confirmed technical issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be issued. To request support, email sarah@sarahgrowth.com within 14 days of delivery with a description of the issue.
4. Results Disclaimer
SarahGrowth products are tools — not guarantees. Email marketing results depend on factors outside our control, including the quality of your email list, your offer, your audience, and how you implement the sequence. We make no income claims or guarantees of specific results.
5. Delivery
Digital products are delivered to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide a valid, accessible email address. SarahGrowth is not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or inaccessible email address.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, copy, and design within SarahGrowth products remains the intellectual property of SarahGrowth. Purchasing a product grants you a usage license only — not ownership of the underlying work.
